Individual Sessions

In-Person Appointments

  • Techniques include: Goal setting, Imagery, Positive Self Talk, Focus / Concentration, Relaxation, Energy Management, Centering, Pre-Performance Routines
  • Appropriate for rider of all levels
  • Personalized take-home materials are provided
  • A package of weekly or bi-monthly sessions is recommended to begin, then appointments are scheduled on an as-needed basis (e.g. moving to a new division, before medal finals, etc.)
  • All ages
  • Recreational riders welcome
  • Sessions at your barn may be scheduled in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Email follow-ups available
  • Athletes from all sports are welcome

  • Phone sessions cover all of the same material as in-person sessions

Mental Skills Workshops

Mental skills workshops teach mental strategies and techniques to a group of riders via Zoom or at your barn or facility. Workshops can be specifically tailored to meet your group’s needs and interests. Preparation for specific competitions, championships or finals is available.
     

Workshop Specifics

  • These un-mounted group sessions orient riders to foundational mental performance techniques and can vary in length from 1 – 2.5 hours. Customizable to your group needs.
  • Take-home materials are provided.
