Individual Sessions

Individual Sessions:

In-Person Appointments

  • Techniques include: Goal setting, Imagery, Positive Self Talk, Focus / Concentration, Relaxation, Energy Management, Centering, Pre-Performance Routines
  • Appropriate for rider of all levels
  • Personalized take-home materials are provided
  • A package of weekly or bi-monthly sessions is recommended to begin, then appointments are scheduled on an as-needed basis (e.g. moving to a new division, before medal finals, etc.)
  • All ages
  • Recreational riders welcome
  • Sessions at your barn may be scheduled in the San Francisco Bay Area

Phone Appointments

  • Phone sessions cover all of the same material as in-person sessions

Clinic & Group Sessions

Clinics can be held on one day or consecutive days depending on number of participants.
Clinics are designed to teach mental techniques to a group of riders at your barn or facility. Classroom  sessions can be coordinated to meet specific interests. Take-home materials and strategies to implement immediately are provided. Preparation for specific competitions, championships or finals is available.

Clinic & Group Session: Specifics

  • This un-mounted group session orients riders to basic mental performance techniques (2.5 hours). 6 – 15 people per group. Clinics held at your facility.
